Kathy Drewien is the driving force behind North Atlanta Realty Group, a team of Real Estate Consultants who challenge many widely held myths about the real estate industry.

We’ve been helping nice people with their North Atlanta real estate needs since 1994. And, every day, we learn something new - about the real estate market; about the clients that allow us the privilege of guiding them through the home buying and home selling process; and, about real estate market trends across the country. Our specialty is the North Atlanta housing market; Marietta (East Cobb and West Cobb), Roswell and Alpharetta (North Fulton), Suwanee and Duluth (North Gwinnett); Woodstock (Cherokee) and Cumming (Forsyth). We also consider Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Buckhead and Brookhaven part of our North Atlanta area.

Over the years, we have helped buyers find their dream home in Dacula, Lilburn, Lawrenceville, Norcross and Snellville; as well as Kennesaw, Acworth, Vinings and Smyrna. We have traveled to Conyers and Lithonia to the east; Peachtree City, Fayatteville and College Park to the south. We have even been as far west as Newnan.

You see, our goal is to help our clients make the most informed decision possible. We teach our buyers what we know about the Atlanta real estate market - and that includes the best public schools, the application process for private schools, boat docks, golf communities and more.

Any real estate agent can sell you a house - only a small percentage of Realtors can provide you the expertise and guided counsel that allows you to say, “This is the house I want to buy!”

That same counsel and real estate expertise is provided to our clients who are selling a home in the North Atlanta market area. As North Atlanta real estate consultants, we are always tracking the real estate market trends, adding value added services (such as Home Staging), and networking with other Realtors to provide our sellers with the best possible marketing strategy to sell in today’s market. Our seller clients recognize the difference between “listing” their property and “getting the property sold”.
