    Tricia, our purchase subscription does not include Canton, so I don’t have a detailed report from Altos Research. I did update the Charts and Statistics to include the 30115 zip code. Is this the area you had in mind?

    The trend echoes other areas in North Atlanta - a lot of homes for sale, and yet prices have not declined significantly in comparison to 2007.
