North Atlanta Rises to 212 Degrees

Yesterday I met with a couple who plan to hire a real estate agent to represent them in the marketing and closing of their Marietta home. During the course of the conversation - which lasted 4 hours because that’s how much time they needed - I tried to explain what sets me and my company apart from the masses.

I wish I had thought to say “one degree”; we are separated by just one degree.

Instead, I spoke of integrity, passion, sincerity, service.

What are you looking for in the real estate industry? How do you define that one extra degree that transcends hot air and exemplifies power?
